How a project works
You’ll have something concrete to review at each step.
01 · First call
A free first call
We discuss your goal, users, and current tools. The first call is free and lasts 30 minutes. You’ll leave with a clearer idea of what is worth building, whether or not we work together.
02 · Plan
A written plan before development
The plan sets out the goal, how we’ll measure it, what I’ll build and what’s out of scope, and an estimate in days. I bill by the day, so you can see how the budget is being spent.
03 · Build
A working demo each week
I build in small, tested steps and show you working software each week, while changes are still inexpensive.
04 · Launch and after
Launch and handover
I set up monitoring, release changes safely, and document the handover. Then we check the results against the goal. We can agree on ongoing support separately.
What to include in your email
A little context helps me give you a useful answer.
For a role, tell me about the product or platform, the team’s current challenge, and what success looks like. For a project, describe the workflow, its operating context, and the decisions or integrations that make it difficult.
I’ll reply with an honest view of whether it’s a good fit.
